For clients we may also ask for your title, the company name, the products or services your company provides and any other information you think is pertinent.

We do NOT collect or store:
• Credit/Debit Card Information
• Any other sensitive personal information other than would normally be requested for the purposes of recruitment, training or coaching.

How We Store It

To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of your information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All information is held in a secure manner on security-tested systems and storage in the United Kingdom.

 

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide only in relation to recruitment, training or coaching services. We only share this information with third parties for whom we have been requested to find candidates. Where you have submitted your CV or job application to us, we will only use that information in consideration of the role you have applied for. Once the application process is completed, we will keep your details on our system for a maximum of seven years after which we will destroy it. However, if we receive updated information from you within that time, we will destroy your old information and use the new details instead restarting the seven year retention period.

The only exception to sharing your information with other third parties without your permission is if James Davie Consulting Limited is required to do so by law.
