The Managing Director, James Davie was Grammar school educated in Berkshire and graduated in Managerial and Administrative Studies from one of the UK’s top business Universities. He subsequently joined a major firm of Chartered Accountants in Birmingham and went on to qualify with first time passes.
A year’s secondment into the firm’s training department followed immediately, confirming his interest in personal development. After being approached by a leading training organisation he fulfilled a key role in the setting up of a highly successful operation in the Midlands.
Other opportunities broadened his expertise as he pursued a career in training and recruitment, including over two years working in the Middle East.
James now delivers practical, hands-on training courses and personal coaching, helping his clients to improve their own skills, together with a wide range of recruitment assignments, helping them to raise the calibre of their staff.
Whilst he can no longer claim to be ‘young, free and single,’ James retains his energetic exuberance, passion and enthusiasm, getting a real buzz from the work he does.
